We have gathered here the most common topics regarding the use of our services, payments, and the management of your account. Feel free to browse the different questions to get clear and quick answers.

Changed your mind? No worries, you can cancel your order by going to the My Orders section, then selecting the relevant order.

Your order cancellation will be effective within 24 hours. A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you immediately and you will be refunded according to the terms and timelines of the payment method used.

Cancellation is possible as long as your order is not yet being prepared by the partner brand or by our logistics teams.

It is also not possible to partially cancel an order by removing one or more products from that order. However, if the selected product does not suit you, you will be able to make a return.

A size issue? An item not to your taste? If a product does not suit you or if it does not match your order, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from receipt of your order.

As our stocks are limited and shipped directly by our partner brands, returned products are not exchanged but only refunded.

Upon receipt of the returned product(s), they are checked by our logistics department before being refunded. For the refund to be processed, the returned products must meet the required refund conditions.

To receive a refund following a product return, you must submit a return request through our site. During this request, the different steps for returning your products will be explained in detail.

Once the returned products have been registered and checked in our warehouses, you will receive a first email confirming acceptance of the return, then a second email informing you that the refund request has been sent to your bank, if you paid for your order by payment card.

A period of 3 to 8 days is then required for the refund to be effective. If you have a deferred debit card or a credit card, this refund will take place at the end of the current month.

Have you not received your order?

You can check the tracking of your parcel through the My Orders section or from the tracking link available in the order shipment email.

For home delivery, we also invite you to check with your neighbors: your parcel may have been delivered in your absence. Otherwise, please contact us through the Help & Contact section so that we can investigate with the carrier.
